I have a family history of high cholesterol. I tried to manage it for years after receiving doctor’s warning, but it was unsuccessful, my eating habit and lifestyle has recently pushed me to a dangerous zone of have a cholesterol level that is 4 folds higher than the upper limit of the normal range. Out of desperation, I reached to Emma. After the first consultation, I started my 3 months journey with Emma’s coaching. By the end of program, my cholesterol level has dropped to the middle of the normal range. Now, with new eating habit and lifestyle being formed, I can maintain my achievement a lot easier than before. I can’t appreciate more!
