My Wellness Philosophy

Before becoming a Registered Nutritionist, I have spent nearly a decade immersed in nutrition research and product development for infant, pediatric and adult nutrition. Driven by a desire to advocate for an evidence-based approach to nutrition and make a real difference in people’s lives, I transitioned from the food industry to become a registered nutritionist in 2020.

I view nutrition as preventative medicine capable of addressing many of today’s prevalent health issues. Nutrition goes beyond mere survival—it’s about personal beliefs, motivation, education, culture, and lifestyle choices. While we advocate for universal healthy eating principles, we recognize that implementation varies since everyone is unique.

Influenced by New Zealand’s unspoiled environments and cutting-edge health research, I offer personalized, evidence-based coaching that has led to significant health improvements for many, including:
– Sustainable weight loss without the frustration of the yo-yo effect
– Increased energy and vitality
– Improved mental well-being and self-esteem
– Enhanced immune function and disease prevention

My approach is not just about losing weight—it’s about gaining a deeper connection with your body and unlocking your best self.
